I just thought I would post a little update.
Remember the sneak preview? Well that piece of work is now finished and handed in.
I’m extremely happy with how it looks and I am proud to say “Hey, that’s my work!”
I think I’m going to be really mean and make you wait until I get my grade, which should be in the next couple of works depending on how busy my advertising tutor is.
Keep your eyes peeled though!
Another update:
We got a LIVE project a couple of weeks back, from a guy who is opening a new gym after Christmas called; simplygym.co.uk (website isn’t available yet so no need to check, haha!) anyway, he asked us to create him a logo and mine was 1 or the 5 which has been short listed. *Squee*
I am still waiting to hear the result but as soon as I know I’ll post a new blog.
Keep your eyes peeled for that as well, because I’ll post an image of the logo whether it gets picked or not! Though I would love for it to get picked. I don’t really win anything and the prize is quite a big one.
Wait for it………….
If my logo gets picked it will be, on the size of the building, on t-shirts, towels, bottles, the website, letters, business cards, compliment slips… EVERYTHING to do with simplygym; To say I’m a little excited is an understatement :P
Anyway, that’s it for now.
I finish college for Christmas next Friday and I’ve got an assignment deadline to meet. Will post an image of that as well at some point.

I am a 21 year old Graphic Designer based in Leicester
I studied Graphic Design at Leicester College for 4 years. Currently studying Graphic Design & eMedia at Foundation Degree.
As well as Graphic Design, I have a huge interest in Web Design and Photography. I'm a self taught HTML coder with a basic knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver. I have a rough understanding of CSS. I am nowhere near a professional Photographer and it is mainly a hobby at the moment, however, if I can integrate my photography with my Graphics & Web Design, I'd be very happy.
